Mitzi has written, produced, edited and directed award winning international documentaries for over 25 years. Her films have screened in festivals around the world and have received many nominations and awards. She has made commissioned work for ABC, SBS, ITVS, ARTE, NGTI, Ch4, YLE and sold her documentaries to many other international broadcasters. Recent credits include End of the Rainbow, Memoirs of a Plague, A Common Purpose and Love & Sex in an Age of Pornography. From 2002 - 2008 Mitzi was Co-Head of Documentary at AFTRS. Her production company, Looking Glass Pictures Pty Ltd, specialises in social impact documentary. Mitzi is the CEO of the Documentary Australia Foundation, connecting private funders, non profit organisations and documentary filmmakers, facilitating new sources of funding for documentary and inspiring social change filmmaking. Mitzi holds a BA from University of Sydney and a Phd in Cultural Studies.

Andrew Ogilvie established independent production company, Electric Pictures, in 1992. Since then he has earned a reputation as one of Australia's leading independent producers of award winning factual programming. Throughout his career Andrew has produced programmes for many of the world's major broadcasters, is an experienced co-producer having worked with French and Italian independent production companies, and maintains very successful co-production relationships with two UK producers. In 2007 Andrew established a post-production facility, Colourbox, and in 2009 formed a distribution company, EP Independent. Andrew also established a Sydney & Toronto Office to broaden the Electric Pictures pool of talent and production opportunities.

Andrea is Electric Pictures' Executive Producer based in Toronto, Canada. She has been part of the Electric Pictures team since 2005 and after five years as a Producer and Head of Production in the Perth office she moved to Toronto. Andrea's current focus is on creating a North American presence for the company and developing content suitable for both Australian and Canadian audiences. Andrea has produced documentary series and one-offs for a number of international broadcasters in genres ranging from history to science to pop culture.
