Andrew Ogilvie established independent production company, Electric Pictures, in 1992. Since then he has earned a reputation as one of Australia's leading independent producers of award winning factual programming. Throughout his career Andrew has produced programmes for many of the world's major broadcasters, is an experienced co-producer having worked with French and Italian independent production companies, and maintains very successful co-production relationships with two UK producers. In 2007 Andrew established a post-production facility, Colourbox, and in 2009 formed a distribution company, EP Independent. Andrew also established a Sydney & Toronto Office to broaden the Electric Pictures pool of talent and production opportunities.

As Head of Development, Greg supervises the development slate at Electric Pictures and contributes to the generation of new ideas and the assessment of submissions. Greg also participates in the further development of selected ideas, carrying out the research and writing required to fully work up film treatments. During production, Greg is often involved in sourcing archival material.

Andrea is Electric Pictures' Executive Producer based in Toronto, Canada. She has been part of the Electric Pictures team since 2005 and after five years as a Producer and Head of Production in the Perth office she moved to Toronto. Andrea's current focus is on creating a North American presence for the company and developing content suitable for both Australian and Canadian audiences. Andrea has produced documentary series and one-offs for a number of international broadcasters in genres ranging from history to science to pop culture.

Jude handles the distribution and publicity for both Electric Pictures and its distribution company, EP Independent.  This includes managing all media rights on completed works, the digital distribution of content, and the release and retailing of DVD titles. She was previously a member of the development team where she undertook research and sourced archival material for various productions.

Leo Faber is Development Executive Factual at Essential Media and Entertainment. He has extensive experience in factual story telling as both writer and producer involved in award-winning programs such as Whatever! The Science of Teens, Miracle in the Storm and Masterchef. Prior to joining Essential Media, Leo was responsible for writing and series producing some 50 hours of factual programming at Beyond Productions, Southern Star Endemol and Fremantle Media.

Chris Hilton is one of Australia's most prolific and award winning factual producer/directors who has made films across a broad spectrum of subjects for the world's major broadcasters. Chris has executive produced or produced over 200 hours of quality documentary for broadcasters such as PBS, BBC, Channel Four, Discovery, National Geographic and Arte as well as all Australian networks. His programs have won major awards in Australia including Walkley and Logie awards. Recent productions include: Miracle on Everest, The Colony, Policing the Pacific, The Floating Brothel, Ten Pound Poms, The Last Confession of Alexander Pearce, Scorched, Solo, Voyage to the Planets, Seduction in the City(Au Bonheur des Dames) The Grammar of Happiness and Australia: The Time Traveller's Guide.

Alex is the Head of Alliance and Product at EFIC. Alex's role at EFIC is to work with key alliance partners including the banking community, government and industry bodies, to develop solutions that support EFIC in its role to help Australian SME exporters overcome financial barriers. Alex has specific responsibility for assisting Australian producers of low budget productions to finance the producer offset rebate. Alex experience's includes 30 years working in commercial lending, primarily to small and medium-sized enterprises. He specialises in providing tailored solutions that meet a customer's particular needs. Before joining EFIC, he worked for seven years for HSBC, and before that, for 18 years for what was then Australia's oldest finance company, Australian Guarantee Corporation.
